DEWALT Announces Partnership with Golden Boy Promotions and Ultimate VIP Experience Sweepstakes

TOWSON, Md., March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- DEWALT, a leading manufacturer of industrial power tools and accessories, is proud to announce their year-long partnership with Golden Boy Promotions, which includes the sponsorship of the Mayweather vs. Mosley: "Who R U Picking?" fight between Floyd "Money" Mayweather Jr. and Sugar Shane Mosley on May 1, 2010.  In celebration of this fight, DEWALT is pleased to host a series of promotional events in select markets. These promotions include offering participants a DEWALT Pay-Per-View® voucher with the purchase of $250 or more in DEWALT products and the opportunity to enter the Ultimate VIP Experience Sweepstakes, beginning on March 22, for a chance to win the grand prize of attending the fight in person at MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Throughout March and April, DEWALT will hold various High Impact Events at The Home Depot® stores in select markets to generate excitement leading up to the Mayweather vs. Mosley fight.  At the High Impact events, which will include fighter appearances, attendees will have the chance to test the newest DEWALT products, receive special tool discounts and have the opportunity to register to win the DEWALT Ultimate VIP Experience to attend the fight in person.  Airfare, hotel reservations, meals and tickets to the fight will be included in the grand prize.  Additionally, attendees who purchase more than $250.00 of DEWALT products will receive a DEWALT Pay-Per-View® voucher that may be used on fight night.  

DEWALT will also give over eight thousand dollars in prizes to various Ultimate VIP Experience

Sweepstakes winners. Among the prizes, DEWALT will award ten second place winners a DCD760KL Compact Lithium-Ion Drill Kit and five first place winners a DCK265L Compact Lithium-Ion Combo Kit. One grand prize winner will be awarded an all expenses paid trip to attend the Cinco de Mayo Mayweather vs. Mosley fight with VIP access to the weekend's events including press conferences, weigh-ins, meet and greets, pre and post-fight parties and autographed items.
