Eddie Smith, Vice President, Information Technology – Mr. Smith has enjoyed leadership positions with organizations like the University of Louisville, ADP, Dow AgroSciences and Humana leveraging his technology and management expertise with a client base ranging from large corporations to small privately held businesses. During his past healthcare experience, he designed systems that strengthened the security and integrity of patient information databases. Eddie is a fluent technical team leader able to manage large scale development projects and web based application interface development across multi-disciplined technical resources.
Debbie Abarientos, Vice President, Service – Ms. Abarientos is a dedicated customer service professional with a highly customer focused perspective. Prior to joining Deyta, Debbie had over 18 years of customer service experience; most recently with Caterpillar Financial. With a Black Belt in 6 Sigma Process Improvement Methodology, Debbie has become an expert in process improvement and project management in a corporate setting. This has led Debbie to identify root causes for deficient accuracy, productivity, and quality, while proactively resolving these issues to mitigate negative service experiences.
Jack Tillman, Vice President of Sales – Mr. Tillman's background includes B-to-B sales management with UnitedHealthcare, Aetna and CoreSource. He has been involved in strategic planning, development of structured sales methodologies, market development, product development, and LEAN business process improvement. At Deyta, Jack leads the sales team and sales support operations. He also develops and manages relationships with state and national associations to build programs that promote the value of data utilization to improve quality and performance.
