Influenced by a two-year research initiative on the ideal in-branch consumer experience, Diebold's Opteva® Branch Performance Series™ is designed to help FIs realize operational efficiencies and encourage customer relationship-building opportunities. The in-lobby teller terminals deliver a self-service or partially assisted service capability directly at the teller line, next to a teller pod or as a stand-alone unit within the lobby or vestibule.
