Dimension Data Retains Its Leadership Position In The Magic Quadrant For Communications Outsourcing And Professional Services For Third Consecutive Year

NEW YORK, Nov. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Dimension Data, the $5.8 billion global ICT solutions and services provider, today announced it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc., in the Leaders Quadrant of the Magic Quadrant for Communications Outsourcing and Professional Services (COPS) 2013₁report for the third consecutive year.

Compiled by Gartner analysts, the Magic Quadrant examined 18 vendors of IT services for business communications systems worldwide, employing two main evaluation criteria. These include 'ability to execute' and 'completeness of vision'.
