Direct Energy Business Selected as Vendor by NYSERDA for Real Time Energy Management Program
ISELIN, N.J., Aug. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Direct Energy Business has been selected to be a Qualified Real Time Energy Management (RTEM) Vendor for its Panoramic Power technology by New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). NYSERDA's RTEM program offers incentives for the installation of systems and the post-installation information services that collect energy usage data and can be used to optimize the building's energy usage.

NYSERDA's RTEM program supports the installation of energy systems and information services. Direct Energy Business will work with customers throughout the program's process including project scoping, submission of the NYSERDA application and installation. In addition, Direct Energy Business will provide real time energy monitoring and quarterly reports that will be presented to customers.
Eligible buildings include office buildings, health care facilities, and state and local governments. NYSERDA has dedicated $30 million to this program and it will be open until June 2021, or until all funds have been allocated. Program eligible customers that purchase Panoramic Power from Direct Energy Business through June 2018 will receive a 30 percent project cost-share funded by NYSERDA.
