KELLY MARKUS APPOINTED VICE PRESIDENT OF PRODUCTION TO LEAD AGENCY'S NEW EVENT MARKETING DIVISION
NEW YORK, Nov. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- DKC Public Relations has appointed Kelly Markus Vice President of Production to head up the agency's new event marketing and production arm, DKC Incite.
Kelly brings with her more than 17 years of experience in marketing and production in consumer, corporate, entertainment and non-profit industries. Prior to joining DKC, Kelly served as Executive Producer for the event marketing and production firm Markus Daly Ryan, which was named BizBash's "Production Company to Watch" in 2012 for its work with clients including Coca-Cola, Univision, The New York Wine & Food Festival and Anheuser Busch. Bringing the client base and creative vision of Markus Daly Ryan to DKC, Kelly and her team will conceptualize and execute brand-building events of every size and scale.
Her experience includes activations nationwide for a broad client roster, including Tassimo, LG Electronics, Nestle, Red Bull, Kohl's, Remy Cointreau, Shop Rite, E & J Gallo, Hyatt, Whole Foods, Amtrak, The Institute of Neuro Innovation, Z100's Jingle Ball, Target, Enterprise, Afingo & Liza Deyrmenjian, Andaz Hotel, Vanity Fair, Blackberry, Wilhelmina Modeling Agency, Tacombi and sponsorships for the Future of Music Coalition, SXSW and the Newport Film Festival.

Kelly previously served as Creative Coordinator with MJM Creative Services handling multi-media events for IBM, Pfizer, American Express and Canon. Prior to MJM Creative Services, she worked as an Assistant Producer for Oscar-winning producer Ed Saxon and producer Tim Perell of Process Media. She also produced the Phat Shorts Film Festival for six years, securing sponsorships with HBO, Kodak, IFC and Skyy Vodka, among others.
