dLife Healthcare Solutions Selected For Poster Session Showcasing Innovations In Diabetes Management At 2012 URAC Global Diabetes Management Summit

WESTPORT, Conn., Oct. 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- dLife Healthcare Solutions has been selected to present its diabetes program used to engage and improve self-care for people with diabetes at the 2012 URAC Global Diabetes Management Mini Summit.  dLife will share details of this approach along with recent results during a poster session on October 11, 2012 at the Parc 55 Wyndham Union Square Hotel, in San Francisco, CA.

dLife will exhibit how to integrate a broad media-based intervention into population health strategies, including disease management, coaching, and approaches to measuring and reinforcing ongoing patient engagement.

The 2012 URAC Global Diabetes Management Mini Summit will provide participants with insights on diabetes management from domestic and international perspectives. This global approach shares information on programs for monitoring and managing diabetes, and measuring and reporting outcomes.
