Dots Named To Top Workplaces List

GLENWILLOW, Ohio, June 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The national women's specialty apparel retailer, Dots, is standing fashionably tall today as it was named to the Cleveland Plain Dealer's Top Workplaces list for 2010.  The "Top Workplaces" list identifies the leading workplaces with at least 50 employees in the Cleveland area based upon the opinions of the employees.  Dots emerged as one of the top standouts among 25 medium-sized firms.

The rankings of the Top Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Workplace Dynamics, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.  The survey measured six different categories including: direction, management, execution, workplace conditions, career opportunities, and pay and benefits.  The survey results were compared to the survey results of other companies in the same size category.  

To qualify for the Top Workplaces list, a company must have at least 50 employees.  Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses.
