With stories and features with broad appeal, the magazine will now refocus and be dedicated to lifestyle, real estate and the regions in which the company serves. Covering Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Westchester, Long Island – with special spotlights on the Hamptons and the North Fork – Florida and California, the magazine will also focus on the international luxury marketplace as part of the company's new global brand alliance: Douglas Elliman Fine Homes/Knight Frank Residential. ELLIMAN now features a unique cover property specific to each region, and for the first time, will be distributed globally through Douglas Elliman Fine Homes/Knight Frank Residential's worldwide network of more than 412 offices in 52 countries.

ELLIMAN will reach consumers in its various markets widely, with 298,000 copies set to be distributed for its initial national launch, with more copies to be displayed throughout Europe and Asia.
