Dow Jones Adds Veteran in Structured Finance and Private Equity to Investment Banking Editorial Team

HONG KONG, Nov. 9, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Dow Jones today announced the appointment of Shirlene Tsui to Dow Jones Investment Banker's dedicated editorial team. Dow Jones Investment Banker offers in-depth opinion and analysis on global industries and the topics essential to bankers and analysts, including M&A, capital raising, regulatory changes, and venture capital and private equity financing. Shirlene Tsui joins the Hong Kong team as a Columnist focusing on financial services.

During her ten years in the structured finance and private equity industries, Ms. Tsui worked on aircraft leasing transactions, securitizations, deals in principal and consumer finance, and private equity. Prior to Dow Jones, she worked in private equity in Hong Kong covering China-based deals. Before that, she was a vice president at Deutsche Bank's structured credit products group in New York. Ms. Tsui has a BA in economics from New York University and is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Ms. Tsui will report to Mr. Smallman.
