Leading Property Management Firm Embraces New Community's Platform Combining Wellness and Luxury Amenities

RALEIGH, N.C., Feb. 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- DF Multifamily, a division of Drucker + Falk (DF) and leader in multifamily management, has been engaged to lease and manage VALE, a new community created by ARCHETYPE Investments. The first green and wellness-centric community offered in the Charlotte region. VALE is designed consistent with both WELL^® and Green Globes requirements and standards, certifications for healthy and sustainable living that its developer is in the midst of pursuing.

VALE combines luxury apartments with amenities ranging from saunas, a cold plunge, resort inspired pool, and a state-of-the-art fitness center to walking trails, courtyards, meditation gardens, and a scenic pond. Luxury appointments include IG Mesh Wi-Fi, oversized tubs, walk-in closets with custom shelving, quartz countertops & entertainment islands, as well as built-in beverage coolers. VALE's studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments are now available for lease, and its first residents are expected to move in early in this spring. 

Smart technology applications blending health and wellbeing with luxury and convenience are an integral part of VALE. A proprietary app, WELLIFIZE, developed by affiliate ARCHETYPE Wellness, will enable residents to access their home and amenities, control their home's lighting, temperature, and Sono's speakers. WELLIFIZE integrates wellness scans, automated wellness routines with curated content from best in class wellness providers, including live personal coaching, tips for nutrition, sleep, fitness, and mindfulness.
