TORONTO, June 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Duluth Metals Limited ("Duluth Metals" or the "Company") (TSX: DM) (TSX: DM.U) is pleased to announce the results of its Annual General Meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held June 13th, 2013.
A total of 80,838,756 shares were represented at the Meeting, representing 64.28% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business before the meeting, including the election of all director nominees.
Each of the following directors were elected for a term of office of one year or until their successors are otherwise duly elected or appointed: Christopher C. Dundas; Alar Soever, James J. Jackson, Barry D. Simmons, Thomas F. Pugsley, Mark D. Cowan, Lieutenant General John F. Sattler and Edward M. Smith. All of the proposed director nominees were elected by an overwhelming majority, each receiving more than 99% of the votes cast in respect of their individual election.
In addition, the shareholders approved the re-appointment of KPMG LLP as auditors for 2014.
