DWC - The 401(k) Experts Hires Sarah Lalli, Promotes Laurie Boardman To Management Team
PALM BEACH, Fla., Feb. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- DWC – The 401(k) Experts, an industry leader in providing 401(k) plan compliance, defined benefit services, consulting services and third-party plan administration, today announces the addition of Sarah Lalli and Laurie Boardman, both located in Palm Beach, Florida, to the DWC management team. Lalli and Boardman will oversee distributions and client services teams, respectively.
DWC, which has seen record growth in the past year, serves more than 3,000 clients across the country, ranging in size from single-participant defined benefit plans to complex 401(k) plans of all sizes including the large plan marketplace. DWC has clients in all 50 states and consultants in over 35 cities across the country.
Lalli, QPA, brings eight years of industry experience including recordkeeping administration and compliance services. She began her corporate retirement career in 2010, and now brings her attentive, hands-on approach to DWC as a retirement plan consultant and member of the DWC management team overseeing the distributions team. Her experience heavily focuses on compliance, process efficiency, quality control and relationship building. "Retirement plan consulting combines three of my passions: people, numbers and law," Lalli said. Boardman, QPA, first joined DWC as a retirement plan consultant in early 2017. Her management skills and exceptional client work over the past year earned her this recent promotion to the management team overseeing a client services team. Boardman brings over a decade of industry experience, and throughout her career, she has focused on client services with an emphasis on plan design, plan documents and compliance services.
