Earnings Season is Here and These 4 Companies Deserve Your Attention

TechStockInsider.com Briefing: Earnings season is in full swing and the markets are buzzing with excitement.  Many public companies are seeing analyst beats on quarterly/annual revenue growth.  Many companies are announcing record numbers and despite the previous concerns over Brexit, the U.S. economy seems to be in recovery mode after the latest jobs numbers were released earlier this month.  Heading into the market open here are four stocks we are watching ahead of earnings and following milestone announcements:

Life Clips, Inc. (OTC: LCLP) (OTCQB: LCLP) announced this morning that it has signed a distribution agreement, which brings its Mobeego single use charging product into Brazil. According to the release, LCLP's agreement holds a value of at least $800,000USD based on quarterly quotas being met.  

Bob Gruder, CEO of Life Clips, Inc., states, "Once again we've proven our model to continue growing in the global marketplace. This agreement with BConnexion opens the door for more opportunity in Latin America. BConnexion has experience in selling green products. Because the Mobeego battery can be recycled, this is perfect fit for them. Industry analysis shows that this market will be a hotbed for growth over the next few years and establishing a market now could allow us to gain mass appeal during the boom phase."

During recent trading sessions, shares of LCLP have traded on above average volume and have seen highs of $0.56 over the last week.  Wednesday the stock saw more than 780,000 shares trade and managed to close at $0.365; a price level the stock was at during the last week of July just before moving back to $0.56 in the days to follow.

In other news, Rennova Health, Inc. (NASDAQ: RNVA) announced this morning that the company has signed a contract with Academy Medical, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, to promote the sale of services to the United States federal government.  This agreement confirms Rennova's Riviera Beach Laboratory's appointment as its exclusive federal government business channel partner to provide for the sale of the services to federal government customers,

"The signing of this contract with Academy Medical is an excellent step forward for Rennova Health, as it opens up an important, very large market for our testing services," said Seamus Lagan, chief executive officer of Rennova Health.

Since the stock fell in mid July, share prices have slowly climbed back from lows in the low 20 cent range to as high as $0.39 this week.  After releasing today's news, RNVA saw increased pre market trading that has resulted in more than 170,000 being traded prior to the opening bell.

Bonso Electronics International, Inc. (NASDAQ: BNSO) has also seen an increase in pre market trading activity on Thursday.  The stock has been climbing since late July.  Little has been released from the company this year but the market has been seeing a very strong bull trend over the better part of the last 3 weeks.

Bonso designs and manufactures sensor based scales on both OEM/ODM bases. The company designs, develops, and manufactures a broadest line of electronic scales, weighing instruments and health care products that are used in consumer, commercial and industrial applications for the global markets. 

Immune Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: IMNP) is also seeing pre market activity on Thursday morning.  After a milestone day of volume earlier this week, shares of IMNP consolidated slightly to levels in the lower 40 cent range.  During the pre market hours, more than 18,000 shares have traded as IMNP has moved up from a price of $0.4199 to $0.43.

As of the company's last press release, IMNP announced today that it has entered into an amended agreement with NPT, a syndicate of experienced healthcare investors, on July 18, 2016. Dr. Daniel Teper, CEO of Immune commented: "This is an important step towards realizing the significant value of AmiKet® for Immune's shareholders, and will allow the company to focus on its core immunology and immuno-oncology pipeline."
