Eaton Partners Formalizes Capital Raising Platform For Direct Investment Opportunities
ROWAYTON, Conn., April 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Eaton Partners, one of the world's largest placement agents and a wholly owned subsidiary of Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE: SF), announced today the formation of a dedicated team within the firm that will raise capital for direct investment opportunities globally. Widely regarded as a pioneer of the fund placement industry, Eaton Partners is now increasingly working with management teams, independent sponsors and general partners to raise capital for pre-specified, singular investments.
