BOSTON, Aug. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held today, the Board of Trustees of Eaton Vance Municipal Income Term Trust (the "Fund") (NYSE: ETX), a closed-end investment company, voted to hold the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Fund on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. (EST). The meeting will be held at the principal office of the Fund, Two International Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02110. Proxy materials will be mailed on or about September 26, 2014 to shareholders of record on September 10, 2014. Shareholders will be asked to vote on the election of four Class II Trustees of the Fund. The results of the meeting will be reported in a subsequent report to shareholders.
