BOSTON, Nov. 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held today, the Board of Trustees of Eaton Vance Short Duration Diversified Income Fund (NYSE: EVG) and Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Global Dividend Opportunities Fund (NYSE: ETO) (the "Funds"), each a closed-end investment company, voted to hold the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of each Fund on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. (EST). The meetings will be held at the principal office of the Funds, Two International Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02110. Proxy materials will be mailed on or about December 28, 2015 to shareholders of record on December 7, 2015. Shareholders will be asked to vote on the election of Class II Trustees of Eaton Vance Short Duration Diversified Income Fund and Class III Trustees of Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Global Dividend Opportunities Fund. The results of the meetings will be reported in a subsequent report to shareholders.
