MEDFORD, Ore., Feb. 22, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- ECBlend, a premier manufacturer of E-Liquid products, announces Mindy Williams has joined the company as Biochemist, Regulatory Affairs Director. Dr. Williams will work in partnership with the current team to lead the department researching FDA initiatives and in the development of new and innovative products for ECBlend LLC.

Prior to ECBlend, Williams served as a Toxicology Regulatory Specialist in Tampa, Florida. She holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Miami, in addition to a Master's Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Mississippi.
