Known for prime seafood flown in daily, along with premium, hand-carved steaks and live jazz set in a modern speakeasy atmosphere, Eddie V's will serve up Sparkling Sounds every night from June 5 to July 30, 2017.  Guests are invited to toast with champagne and sparkling wine pairings starting at $12^†. With featured Sparkling Duets such as Two Maestros, Two Methods: Italian vs. French, guests can compare and contrast Riondo Spumante Prosecco and Ferrari Brut Rosé – two styles of winemaking separated by 400 years.

The menu also features $8 chef's teasers such as Salt and Pepper Shrimp and select handcrafted cocktails.

Guests who experience Sparkling Sounds will be greeted by the lively energy of the V Lounge, toasting a century of music from the Jazz Age through today. Drawing upon its deep music roots and history of live nightly jazz, Eddie V's live trios will feature the sounds of American Standards ('20s through '40s), Martini Swing ('50s and '60s), Soulful Fusion ('70s and '80s) and Cool & Now ('90s through today).
