EDENS Announces Key Appointment in Florida

Nicole Shiman recently joined EDENS as Vice President – Investments and is responsible for leading the Florida portfolio and office.

Before joining EDENS, Shiman served as Vice President at 13th Floor Investments, the Miami-based real estate private equity group. She has also worked at The Boston Consulting Group in their Toronto, New York and Miami offices. Shiman received her MBA from Harvard Business School after graduating from the University of Western Ontario.
