McLean embodies the EDENS mission in her commitment and stewardship of building and supporting the community. In her 27 years with EDENS, Jodie has been responsible for development, redevelopment, acquisition, and disposition of more than $12 billion in retail assets. Establishing herself as an invaluable leader to one of the nation's leading developers of retail real estate, McLean was appointed CEO in 2015.

McLean is a founding board member of Halcyon, a D.C. based non-profit that incubates early-stage social entrepreneurs creating scalable ventures.
