Effective Onboarding Program Can Play a Key Role in Pharmaceutical New Product Launch Success

- How organizations measure the performance of their onboarding programs and how companies can influence retention through their onboarding programs. The study also examines typical primary and secondary onboarding goals for organizations and how effective they are at meeting those goals.
- Insights into the technology platforms leading companies use in their onboarding programs as well as benchmarks around the duration and types of technology training provided during onboarding programs. In addition, this study looks at effective ways to introduce corporate culture to employees during onboarding and pitfalls and best practices of onboarding programs.
Best Practices, LLC used both field surveys and interviews to complete this 87-page study. In all, 33 training and development leaders with Onboarding responsibilities among 33 national and global organizations participated in this research project. Executive interviews were conducted with selected participants to add qualitative insights to the study.
