Egencia Launches U.S. Busiest Business Travel Day Online Giveaway to Acknowledge Business Travelers' Commitment to Life on the Road

(NASDAQ: EXPE), today announced the company is gearing up for the busiest business travel day in the United States on Monday, Nov. 18 by launching an online giveaway that recognizes U.S. based business travelers.

The busiest business travel day of the year in the U.S. is the Monday the week prior to Thanksgiving with the top three destinations being Chicago, New York, and Dallas—according to Egencia's clients' travel patterns the last two years.

By liking Egencia on Facebook or following it on Twitter and posting "I will travel to {Insert Name of City}! #EgenciaTravelDay #Nov18" on its Facebook wall or sending it as tweet to @Egencia (photos encouraged with posts); and completing the online entry form, U.S. residents will be entered to win a grand prize from partners United Airlines, Inc., InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Hertz including:

• 70,000 IHG Rewards Club points. This entitles the winner to a two-night stay at any IHG property. Expires 12/31/14.
• Two, single round-trip coach-class tickets on United Airlines to/from the continental United States, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Expires 12/1/14.
• Hertz Rental Car credit. Winner receives three $100 gift certificates to use towards a car rental in the continental United States, Alaska, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. Expire two years from the date of issuance.
• Two Expedia suitcases.

Ten runner-up winners will be randomly chosen from all remaining eligible entries to each receive one United Club pass, valued at $50 each, and a $25 Starbucks gift card.

One grand prize winner will be announced on Nov. 20, and five runner-up winners will be announced daily on Nov. 21 and 22.

Winners will be highlighted on Egencia's Facebook and Twitter pages. Egencia's U.S. Busiest Business Travel Day Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and provide their work email address on the entry form.
