eHealth Technologies Completes Examination Following New SOC 2 Standards
eHealth Technologies is SOC 2 Type II Certified
ROCHESTER, N.Y., July 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- eHealth Technologies, the leading provider of clinically informed referral solutions, is pleased to announce the recent completion of a Service Organization Control No. 2 (SOC 2) Type ll examination over their Healthcare Records Management System. A SOC 2 Type ll audit examines a service organization's system by using predefined trust services principles and criteria for security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, or privacy as a benchmark for evaluating the effectiveness of controls throughout a six to twelve-month period. The SOC 2 Type ll examination was performed by Macpage LLC, an independent certified public accounting firm that performs SOC exams nationwide.
