The principal amount, interest rates, maturity dates and other terms of the Notes have not been finalized and will be determined at the time of pricing of the offering. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for capital expenditures and other general corporate purposes, including refinancing outstanding indebtedness and enhancing capital structure.
