Lawler will be helping clients make design decisions based on what is best for the patient and the healthcare team that cares for them. She will be creating a consulting practice that improves the patient experience by working with the healthcare team to leverage the MedModular technology and to create a culture that is focused on the patient and their family.

Lawler has more than 25 years of professional experience, having previously fulfilled senior leadership and managerial roles in clinicals, nursing, and global healthcare implementation services across organizations such as Einstein Medical Center, the University of Pennsylvania, Holy Redeemer Health Services, Siemens, Cerner and EMD Serono (Merck KGaA).
