Electric Cloud Names Steven Vattuone as Chief Financial Officer

SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Electric Cloud today announced that Steven Vattuone has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all aspects of accounting, finance and administration.  As an industry veteran with more than 20 years of financial leadership and management across publicly traded and privately held enterprise technology companies, Vattuone brings a wealth of expertise from industry-leaders including Micromuse, Composite Software and Macrovision (now Rovi) as well as leading accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Vattuone joins Electric Cloud from Grass Valley USA, LLC, a global leader in the video broadcast technology industry, where he served as the interim Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance.  Prior to that, Vattuone was the Chief Financial Officer at Composite Software, a leader in data virtualization solutions.  He also held previous positions as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller at Micromuse, Corporate Controller at Rovi Corporation (formerly Macrovision), Vice President of Finance at Organic, Inc., and Corporate Controller at Brio Software.  At the beginning of his career, Vattuone spent a number of years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the audit practice.
