EMC's Gregg Ambulos Named CRN Channel Chief for Driving Record Year of Partner Growth

HOPKINTON, Mass., Feb. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- EMC Corporation today announced that Gregg Ambulos, Senior Vice President, Global Channel Operations and Americas Channel Sales, has been named a Channel Chief by Everything Channel's CRN. Ambulos has been chosen as a 2010 Channel Chief for his leadership of EMC's global go-to-market strategy for the company's solution provider and distribution partners, including overseeing several new programs which have increased VAR enablement, service delivery, and partner profitability.  Ambulos launched significant enhancements to the EMC® Velocity™ Solution Provider Program, designed to help EMC resellers differentiate their business, provide more value to customers, and supply opportunities to increase overall profitability.
