Employee Engagement Specialist Scott McKenzie Joins Montfort

Montfort Communications, the fast-growing corporate reputation firm, today announces that Scott McKenzie, the employee engagement specialist, has joined the team. This is the latest senior hire in a programme of talent acquisition which is set to double the size of the business in six months.

Scott was a former joint-MD of Lansons and is a specialist in organisational change and employee engagement. At Lansons, Scott developed the change and employee engagement business from the ground up, working on a range of major corporate issues and helping to significantly boost the agency's profitability and growth.

Prior to Lansons, Scott was Head of Change and Internal Communications at H+K Strategies and led the practice across the EMEA region. Previously, he spent ten years in-house at RBS and Lloyds Banking Group.
