Employee Ownership Offers New Succession Model for New Jersey Human Services Agencies
IPMG Holdings partners with Infinity Today to bring 100% employee ownership to New Jersey's support coordination sector
ROCHELLE PARK, N.J., Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Indiana Professional Management Group (IPMG), a 100% employee-owned organization with nearly two decades of experience providing person-centered services to Individuals and families, is bringing its Employee-Ownership model to New Jersey through a partnership with Infinity Today, one of New Jersey's largest support coordination agencies.
Infinity Today helps more than 900 Individuals and families with intellectual and developmental disabilities navigate the state's Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) system and connect with the services and support they need.
The partnership will transition Infinity Today to 100% employee ownership through IPMG's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), making it the first employee-owned support coordination agency in New Jersey.
The partnership comes as New Jersey expands its support for businesses exploring employee ownership. On September 4, Governor Mikie Sherrill signed legislation establishing an Employee Ownership Transition Program through the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, providing businesses with financial assistance, educational resources, feasibility study support, and access to financing for employee ownership conversions.
IPMG and Infinity Today formally marked their collaboration at a September 1 event with support from Senator Andrew Zwicker, Assemblywoman Lisa Swain, Lori Milford of the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities, other community and human services leaders, and representatives from both organizations.
Infinity Today will continue operating under its current name and leadership, with Executive Director Errol Seltzer continuing to lead the organization. Individuals, families, provider partners, and community stakeholders will continue working with the same dedicated staff and support coordinators, with services continuing without interruption.
For IPMG, the partnership is an opportunity to bring its employee-owned model and organizational infrastructure to New Jersey while supporting a well-established local organization. Founded in 2006, IPMG has grown into a statewide provider of case management and other person-centered services in Indiana and has built its organization around employee ownership, with more than 500 Employee-Owners.
