CINCINNATI, June 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Employers Resource Association (ERA), an organization specializing in human resources and HR-legal compliance services through consulting, training and development, announced today a partnership with Barbara Barrett. Barrett is a compliance consultant focused on the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA" or "Wage and Hour Law"), Davis Bacon and other construction related regulations.

Barrett's career spanned nearly 30 years at the United States Department of Labor (DOL), Wage and Hour Division and culminated with her role as Senior Investigator. She led and conducted thousands of complex investigations related to the FLSA, FMLA, prevailing wage, Davis Bacon and related laws. Barrett was a mentor and trainer based in the DOL's Cincinnati Area Office and Dayton Field Station.
