LYNDHURST, N.J., Sept. 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Scarinci Hollenbeck is pleased to announce the addition of six new attorneys to the firm's Environmental Law, Labor & Employment, Litigation and Government & Education Law practice groups. This class of hires includes Scott V. Heck, an experienced Labor & Employment Litigator who has joined the firm as Counsel, as well as five new Associates.

Scott V. Heck & Five New Associates Join Scarinci Hollenbeck

Scott V. Heck has over a decade of experience handling complex litigation matters, with a strong emphasis on employment litigation. Mr. Heck has significant experience in the representation of management in all areas of employment law, in both the state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and New York. At Scarinci Hollenbeck, Mr. Heck will continue to provide employment counseling to clients in various matters related to Labor & Employment and will defend against allegations of wrongful discharge, whistleblowing claims, discrimination, retaliation and unlawful harassment.

Former Summer Associates Join Firm

Scarinci Hollenbeck's new group of hires includes two new associates who both went through the firm's Summer Associate program. Hunain Sarwar, who was a part of the 2017 group of summer associates, is now a member of the firm's prestigious Environmental & Land Use Law practice. Nicholas J. Pellegrino, a 2016 summer associate, has joined the firm's Labor & Employment and Public Law practice groups. The remaining attorneys, Adino "A.J." Barbarito, Kevin M. Foltmer and Sean E.
