Enatel® Inc. Acquires DC Power Technologies Inc.

The US-based acquisition offers material handling fleet managers enhanced service and
technical expertise for Enatel's EcoCharge^® battery charging products.

SYCAMORE, Ill., May 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Enatel Inc., an IDEAL Industries Inc. company and world-class designer and manufacturer of battery charging technology, announces its acquisition of DC Power Technologies, Inc. (DCPT) to enable growth in the North American market.

The acquisition brings together the market expertise, service capabilities, and local resources of the DCPT team and Enatel's ability to invest and scale the business.

Enatel designs and manufactures state-of-the-art battery chargers for industrial electric vehicles in the material handling market. Known as the industry's most efficient battery chargers, their products are marketed worldwide under the Enatel and EcoCharge brands.

Based in Marysville, Washington, DC Power Technologies Inc. is well respected in the United States material handling industry and has proudly distributed EcoCharge battery chargers in North America for the past 12 years. DCPT adds software/service capabilities and technical expertise to the EcoCharge brand in the US market.
