Energy Plus Ranked Number One on Philadelphia's Top Workplaces 2011

In order to compile Top Workplaces 2011, the Philadelphia Inquirer, Daily News, and Philly.com enlisted WorkplaceDynamics L.L.C. to ask employees to rate their companies and their bosses by responding to statements regarding company culture, growth, interoffice relationships, and salary. Ultimately, close to 500 companies in the Philadelphia area were surveyed. Ninety percent of Energy Plus employees participated in the survey, which is above the average response rate of 56 percent across all participating companies.
