Enson Group, Inc. Acquires Philadelphia Asian Food Distributor

CINCINNATI, Oct. 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Enson Group, Inc., (Enson) focused on the food distribution industry with emphasis on Asian food-service products, is pleased to report they have recently acquired SDJ Trading, LLC (SDJ) located in Philadelphia, PA.

SDJ Trading's business model is focused on food distribution and transportation serving the Asian restaurant market in northeast Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware and Washington D.C.  SDJ Trading has been operating since August 2006, and has generated consistent profits since day one.

Enson's main interest in acquiring SDJ was due to their strategic plan to expand operations, and gain market share northeast of Reading, PA, where they currently own and operate an Asian food distribution facility called Eleni Trading, Inc. dba Enson Reading, Inc.

Enson Group CEO, Vivian Zheng states, "The acquisition of SDJ Trading provides us the market share penetration in the northeast sector of the U.S.; thus, contributing to our quest to eventually grow Enson Group, Inc. into a national brand."  Mrs. Zheng adds, "With our current infrastructure in Cincinnati and Reading, PA, we are positioned to easily and quickly accommodate customer demands, along with our growth forecasts".

Enson Group employs in-house sales personnel covering two shifts up to 12:00am so they can accommodate customer orders for next-day delivery.  They also have contract sales personnel in China who assist with sales generation, which is one of the main reasons the Enson Group has experienced such significant growth and profitability over the past six years.
