People with knowledge in personal finance, frugal living, retirement, investing, credit or financing are invited to enter by submitting their favorite money tip in a minute-long video. The best one wins $1,000 in a savings account.
Runners-up — three total — will each win a $200 Visa gift card.

The winner will be based on three criteria (most creative video, most creative tip and most impactful advice) and will be determined by an expert panel of judges:
- Farnoosh Torabi, best-selling author, TV personality and speaker
- Philip "PT" Taylor, founder of PT Money and FinCon
- Casey Bond, GOBankingRates' editor-in-chief
- Jennifer Calonia, GOBankingRates' editorial manager
The winner will be announced at #FinCon15 as well as on GOBankingRates.com.
