Enterprise Holdings Acquires Raleigh-based Triangle Rent A Car
ST. LOUIS, Feb. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Enterprise Holdings, which owns and operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands, today announced it has acquired the Triangle Rent A Car business, based in Raleigh, N.C. The purchase includes the Triangle brand, locations, websites and a majority of its fleet, including its van and truck rental business.
Triangle Rent A Car's 29 branch offices located across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia will immediately transition to one of the Enterprise Holdings' brand locations.

Enterprise Holdings' goal is to retain the approximately 300 full- and part-time Triangle Rent A Car employees.
