Enterprise Holdings Honored for Recruiting and Candidate Engagement Practices

ST. LOUIS, Oct. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Enterprise Holdings has been honored for its recruiting practices by the Talent Board – a non-profit organization focused on the elevation and promotion of a positive candidate experience. The 2013 North American Candidate Experience Awards were presented at the 16^th Annual HR Technology Conference & Exposition in Las Vegas. The Candidate Experience Award winners were based on a poll of more than 46,000 job candidates regarding their recruitment experiences at more than 95 organizations nationwide. The three rounds of this survey were designed to evaluate and recognize organizations that produce outstanding candidate experiences.

In total, 64 organizations received the award, and Enterprise was one of only 13 organizations to earn the honor "With Distinction," based on a number of unique practices.

In the coming year, Enterprise Holdings plans to hire more than 11,000 full-time employees. The majority of these new hires will enter into the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Management Training program, which teaches employees how to run a business, empower teams and provide excellent face-to-face customer service.
