Enviro Tech Chemical Services Offers Next-Generation Kemio PAA Detection System

MODESTO, Calif., March 20, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Enviro Tech Chemical Services (ETCS) is pleased to announce its new offering, a peroxyacetic acid (PAA) electronic testing unit that enables operators to conduct water disinfection validation tests at the point-of-use and get results within 60 seconds. The Kemio is able to quantify dilute PAA solutions between 2-2000 ppm without dilution and is unaffected by the presence of hydrogen peroxide.

The Kemio tests for chlorine, chlorine dioxide, chlorite and peracetic acid (PAA) on one instrument.

Expertly designed to simplify disinfection monitoring, Kemio gives clear direction for the user to ensure water safety.

The Kemio testing device is powered by patented, single-use sensors which generate an electrical current by reacting with chemicals in the water sample. Its electrical signal is the measurement used to determine the concentration of chemicals within the sample. The water disinfection detection device does require the use of a new testing strip for each individual test, but the actual instrument is built for industrial environments. In addition, all testing data collected is protected via an encrypted data transfer.
