Epic Health Services Expands Therapy Offerings with Acquisition of Sante Pediatric Services

DALLAS, Dec. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Epic Health Services, Inc., a leading provider of pediatric and adult home health care, announced today that it has acquired Sante Pediatric Services. Sante is one of the largest independent pediatric therapy providers in Texas with both clinic and in-home operations.

The Sante acquisition is expected to not only add to Epic's growing pediatric clientele for in-home physical, occupational and speech-language therapy, but also provide a clinic-based presence in 11 cities throughout the state.
