ESC Buoyant to Tap Booming Middle East Market

Indian IT companies will be displaying their capabilities, product profile and Software & services that they can offer at the India Pavilion during the 2011 Internet Show being held in Abu Dhabi on 27^th & 28^th  September 2011.; ESC will be putting up an INDIAN Pavilion to help the Indian IT companies to penetrate into the expanding IT market in Gulf particularly in Abu Dhabi.

The UAE is currently spending US$11.4 billion on Information and Communications Technology (ICT), and that figure is set to rise to US$14.8 billion by 2011.

 The Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC), India's largest electronics and IT trade facilitation body, said it is making efforts to enhance the participation of Indian companies in the show, which is scheduled to be held in Abu Dhabi from September 27-28 this year.

A much focused, impressive B2B event of its kind in the Middle East, the Internet Show in Abu Dhabi is emerging as an important place for business transactions. Naturally, India has a great stake in the booming Middle East, Africa, Asia and European markets, for which Abu Dhabi is the gateway.

ESC has been participating in the Internet Show and the exhibiting companies have reported high level of satisfaction in terms of business they have generated. They are keen to tap this booming market and forge significant business, joint venture and marketing tie-ups with the buyers visiting the exhibition.
