Esurance Hiring for Phoenix Office

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Esurance, the direct-to-consumer personal car insurance company, is looking to hire up to 30 new sales agents for its regional office in Phoenix.

The average compensation for Esurance sales positions is expected to be almost $50,000 per year, with a mix of competitive base pay and the ability to earn lucrative incentive bonuses. Top performers are expected to earn almost $75,000. Esurance offers a paid training and insurance licensing program, as well as ongoing training to help sales agents achieve their sales goals and earn monthly incentive bonuses.

The sales positions involve quality leads, no cold calling, full benefits, 401(k), and flexible scheduling. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated and have:

• One or more years of successful sales or customer service experience
• Phone experience in a sales center environment
• Previous insurance experience

Esurance also plans to recruit for sales manager and trainer positions during 2012.
