Eva Longoria to Present PADRES Contra El Cancer's® Largest Fundraiser of the Year "Escape to Carnaval: A Weekend of Rhythm and HOPE" Benefitting Childhood Cancer

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- EVA LONGORIA and PADRES Contra El Cancer (PADRES) will present "Escape to Carnaval: A Weekend of Rhythm and HOPE" this September 28^th and 29^th. The weekend will feature two days of fundraising events that will benefit childhood cancer. These events will be PADRES' largest fundraising campaign for 2012 and will coincide with the 12^th annual 'El Sueno de Esperanza' Gala taking place September 29^th, 2012.

Weekend events include:

Friday, September 28^th, 2012
Laugh Factory Welcome Reception and Comedy Show located inside the Tropicana will feature a Pre-Show VIP Reception from 7PM to 8PM and a Special Comedy Show from 8PM to 9:30PM.

Saturday, September 29^th, 2012
PADRES Visits University Medical Center Las Vegas from 9:00AM to 10:30AM. Celebrity supporters and ambassadors include: Shaila Durcal, Sissi Fleitas, Carlos Gomez, Keven Ramirez, Cassie Scerbo, Aleks Syntec.

12^th Annual 'El Sueno de Esperanza' Gala from 6:30PM to 10PM will be hosted by PADRES National Spokesperson, EVA LONGORIA and Master of Ceremonies GEORGE LOPEZ. More than 400 celebrities and leaders in business and philanthropy are expected to attend. Guests expected to attend are ADAM RODRIGUEZ, DANIA RAMIREZ, JACKIE GUERRIDO, CASSIE SCERBO, CARLOS GOMEZ, HALSTON SAGE, SISSI FLEITAS, ITATI CANTORAL, CARLA PELLEGRINO, DAISY FUENTES and JULIO CESAR CHAVEZ JR.
