Expanding the number of regional business units from two to four, both executives join as Vice President, General Manager within the company's Customer Experience organization. The General Manager owns the customer experience and satisfaction, expansion of the company's products and services within the business unit and is the company's ear-to-the-ground on what's happening in local markets as healthcare continues to evolve which has a direct impact on Evariant's strategic relevance and position in that market.
Carmen R. Wolf brings over 25 years of healthcare consulting expertise. She has worked with hospitals and healthcare systems throughout the U.S., leveraging a unique combination of clinical knowledge, hospital and physician practice operations, revenue cycle improvement, and compliance program development. Prior to joining Evariant, Ms. Wolf, who is a registered nurse, developed consulting services for Executive Health Resources, BlickenWolf, LLC, and Deloitte.
Emilio Ruocco was most recently Senior Director, performance technologies at The Advisory Board Company, helping hospitals yield operational intelligence from data systems. Prior to that he was leader of customer value and insights at Healthways, and has served as Vice President, strategic communications for CaremarkRx. Mr. Ruocco has also held investor relations leadership roles for several public companies in a variety of industries.
