EverCompliant to Move Headquarters to New York, Expanding its Executive Team

EverCompliant, the pioneer of Transaction Laundering Detection and Prevention, announced today the move of its headquarters to New York City as the company continues to expand in the North American region. Ron Teicher, CEO will join Daniel Klein, COO in NY.

In addition, EverCompliant brings on Alasdair Rambaud as its Chief Revenue Officer and Sophie Chetboun as General Manager of the Israel office.

Mr. Rambaud joins the team with over 20 years of experience in the payments and Internet security space, and will oversee the opening of a new office in San Francisco. As the company's customer base continues to grow, he will take responsibility of revenue streams globally. Before joining EverCompliant, Mr. Rambaud held the position of SVP Merchant Services at CardinalCommerce, recently acquired by Visa (V).

Mrs. Chetboun, previously VP of R&D at Verint (VRNT), joins EverCompliant with over 20 years of experience in the cyber security and intelligence industry, and will manage all operations in Israel.
