These annual awards recognize technology vendors that received the highest grades from their top partners in three categories: Product Innovation, Support and Partnership, with the combined scores leading to an Overall Winner.

For 26 years, CRN's Annual Report Card (ARC) has served as the definitive benchmark of vendor/partner relationships and an industry standard for measuring excellence in the channel community. In the 2011 ARC survey, Everything Channel's research team received responses from more than 3,600 solution providers in 21 product/service categories and asked them to evaluate the importance and satisfaction with their vendors' products, support and channel programs. Winners are then selected to the Annual Report Card and presented with awards at the annual XChange Americas conference.
In total, 69 vendor programs were rated for 2011. Each technology received awards in 4 categories, including:
