EVgo and Lightning Systems Announce Electric Fleet Partnership
EVgo Chosen as Preferred Partner for Medium and Heavy-Duty Charging
LOS ANGELES, Dec. 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- EVgo, the nation's largest public electric vehicle (EV) fast charging network, has been named Preferred Charging Solutions Partner by Lightning Systems, the manufacturer of medium- and heavy-duty zero-emission fleet vehicles from airport shuttle and transit buses to package delivery and food delivery trucks.
Beginning today, Lightning Systems will recommend EVgo as its Preferred Partner to customers purchasing their Class 3 through Class 8 vehicles, including commercial and government buyers. The partnership between the two companies enables Lightning Solutions to offer a complete clean energy package for their customers, including the electric vehicle and charging infrastructure for the vehicle.
