Evolution's Empire Dental Arts Acquires Papich-Forsyth DDS & Associates

CLEVELAND, March 3, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Evolution Capital Partners' portfolio company Empire Dental Arts ("Empire") announced today it has acquired  Papich-Forsyth D.D.S. & Associates. Established in 2017 and headquartered in Mentor, Ohio, Empire is a dental partnership organization that provides operational support and services to a network of dental practices in Northeast Ohio.

This is the first investment Empire has made since being acquired by Evolution Capital Partners of Cleveland in early January 2020. It increases Empire's affiliated offices to six in Northeast Ohio.

Founded by Dr. Maria Papich-Forsyth, Papich-Forsyth D.D.S & Associates has two locations in Stow and Cuyahoga Falls. Dr. Papich-Forsyth attended Northwestern University Dental School and LVI Global in Las Vegas where she focused on advanced comprehensive care, aesthetics and reconstruction. She has also trained and taught at The Center for Exceptional Practices in Richfield, Ohio. Dr. Papich-Forsyth practiced dentistry in Chicago, Illinois prior to returning to Ohio and eventually acquiring four practices in Cuyahoga Falls and the surrounding area. She is a member of ADA, ODA, Chicago Dental Society, AACD and IAFA.
