In this leadership role, Mr. Hollman has oversight of strategy, product development and marketing of Exar's growing portfolio of power management ICs. He reports to James Lougheed, Exar's Vice President, Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Hollman began his career at Texas Instruments in 2001 as an applications engineer. He has since held a number of positions with the company, including Director for mobile lighting & power and high voltage integration product lines.
Mr. Hollman earned his master's degree in electrical engineering from Helsinki University of Technology, as well as a master's degree in economics and business administration from Helsinki School of Economics.
