Exari Appoints Key Executives in Support of Robust Growth
New leadership supports strong execution and results as Exari leads the market for Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management
BOSTON, Dec. 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Exari, the leading provider of enterprise contract management software, today announced four key executive appointments to help drive Exari's next phase of growth:
- EVP Products - Mike Maziarz, who joined Exari in 2015 to head up marketing and product management, has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Products, overseeing Exari's product, R&D and infrastructure teams.
- VP Sales, Europe - David Oates has been appointed Vice President of European Sales. Mr. Oates joins Exari with a distinguished track record, including most recently at contract management software company Conga, where he oversaw explosive growth over a two-year period as Vice President, International.
- VP Finance - Joanna Munier has been named Vice President, Finance. Ms. Munier joined Exari in 2015 as controller and most recently served as global controller, overseeing Exari's worldwide accounting functions. Prior to Exari, she was Senior Director, Finance & Accounting at Lanyon, a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company.
- CFO - Ed Toland will lead the Exari finance and administration teams as Chief Financial Officer of Beacon Equity Partners. Mr. Toland has been advising Exari since May of 2018 and brings deep experience in financial planning and strategy, most recently at TripAdvisor, where he was Senior Director, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior to TripAdvisor, he served in senior finance positions at ATG, up to and through ATG's acquisition by Oracle for $1Billion.
